About the role

Are you a market strategist with a passion for bringing innovative products to life? NAL is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development and commercialisation of products in our pipeline. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for turning market insights into successful products, we want you on our team!

A typical day in this the role may include:

  • -Conducting market research to assess the demand for the product, refine the product and determine the market viability of the product.
  • -Representing the product with industry bodies and at industry forums as required.
  • -Creating compelling pitches to effectively influence stakeholders, attracting potential investors and strategic partners to support product growth.
  • -Own and lead the execution of NAL’s product development process and commercialisation of new NAL products.
  • -Planning and coordinating product-related events and communications, including product launch and marketing.
  • -Providing clear direction to product teams about next steps and actions related to development and commercialisation.

The successful candidate must have:

  • -Proven experience in product management, particularly in developing and launching new products.
  • -Strong market research and business planning skills.
  • -Excellent communication and strategic advisory capabilities.
  • -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • -Demonstrated leadership and proactive approach to project management.
