Phil spent the early part of his career as an audiologist and clinical educator at several clinics in Government, University and private settings. Phil’s career in management started in University Audiology clinics, where he developed novel models of student assessment for clinical placements and was instrumental in establishing hearing screening programs for children with limited access to hearing healthcare. While completing his MBA, he moved into the management of Specialist Medical and Allied Health clinics at MQ Health. Prior to joining NAL in 2022, Phil was the Head of Faculty Operations for the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences, Macquarie University.
Phil’s professional interests are diverse, and include client and community-centric approaches to hearing health interventions, value-based leadership, and process improvement.
